Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! You have the option to select Local Delivery or Domestic Shipping when placing your order. We offer Local Delivery within the Waterloo region, meaning one of our friendly and professional drivers will bring your order to your front door within the hour! If you are not within the delivery radius, you will still be able to complete your order but it'll be shipped to you in 2-4 business days.

How do I pay for orders with local delivery?

Easy! Upon checkout, you can pick your preferred way to pay. For local orders, we accept cash on delivery, debit/credit card on delivery, or e-transfer. 

How do I pay for shipped orders?

No stress! For orders that will be shipped via post, you can pay easily via e-transfer. After you've placed your order, you will receive instructions on how to pay via e-transfer. Once we've received your transfer, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information for your order! 

What do I do once I place my order online?

Once you place your order, you will receive a text message letting you know it’s been received. If you selected local delivery, our team will then prepare your order and send you another text to let you know once it's on its way for delivery. To complete the transaction, we require a valid photo ID.

If you've selected postal delivery, you'll receive a text with more information on how to pay via e-transfer. Once we've received your payment, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information for your order!

Can I make changes to my order once I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes to an order once it’s been placed, but we will try our best! Reach out to us at contact@flightplug.ca with your request and we will do our best to accommodate.
